In the world of pick-up trucks, Toyota's Hilux is a household name. The model has a long lineage, which began all the way back in 1968. As of 2015, it's now up to its eighth generation and shows no sign of being discontinued, unlike the short life of the Mercedes X-Class.
As for the choice of engines, the Hilux is only available as a diesel. It's fairly traditional of pick-up trucks due to the high amount of torque needed for lugging loads around and support the excess weight. For transmission however, you do get a choice of either manual or automatic, both of which come with All Wheel Drive (4WD) as standard.
Like most pick-up trucks, the Hilux is available in Single Cab, Extra Cab and Double Cab guise, ready to cater to all of your needs.
Being a Toyota, your Hilux will come with the standard five year warranty and will be delivered to you completely free of charge as long as you're within the mainland of the UK.
