Personal van leasing and personal contract hire prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Business van leasing and business contract hire are subject to VAT at the current rate.
All quotations include road fund license for the period of the contract, unless otherwise specified in a clear way. This does not apply to Operating Lease products.
Maintenance includes all routine maintenance, servicing, tyres, punctures and all necessary repairs with the exception of accident damage and damage caused through negligence. Terms and conditions vary for individual funders. Please contact us for further details relating to your chosen provider.

Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) is a government taxation and can change. As such, all changes will be passed onto the customer, irrespective if any finance agreements have been signed.

Delivery timeframes are subject to credit acceptance, documentation fee payment, all forms being signed and returned and for personal van leasing and contract hire is subject to the cooling off period being completed. The cooling off period is a statutory right and therefore cannot be waived under any circumstances. A delivery day and time cannot be issued and fulfilled unless everything is completed.
Free delivery to your door does not cover Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland, however we will endeavour to keep the costs down for both parties. Please mention if you believe you may be affected by this. Please ask your account manager for more information.
All vehicles will be driven to your required destination.
A specific time cannot be issued for delivery due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, accidents and emergencies. However, we will give a window where delivery can take place.
