Order Process

1. Choose your Van
Browse our vans and deals on our website. With any van, any trim, and with any optional extra, we can provide you with a quote.

2. Get in touch
We are happy to answer your questions, either by phone at 01565 880 889 or by email.

3. Application
A quote will be sent to you after you speak with one of our friendly account managers. Should you be satisfied with the quote and wish to continue, you will then need to apply for credit.

4. Approval
Upon acceptance of your credit application, your account will become credit approved.

5. Van ordered/ secured
If your account has been credit approved, your van can be ordered from the factory right away or held in reserve if it's on hand.

6. Legal contracts
Our admin team will contact you once your van has been ordered. You will be sent some documents from the leasing company which you must sign and return.

7. Cooling off period
Upon signing all documentation, you will receive an email from the finance company asking you to sign a final document electronically. If you change your mind after signing this document, you will be allowed a 14-day cooling off period during which you may withdraw your order. The cooling off period ends 14 days after the date you signed the document and this was accepted by the leasing company.

NB: The cooling off period differs if you take out a business lease. If you have a limited company then the cooling off period does not apply; if you are a sole trader or have a non-limited company there is a five day cooling off period that must be fulfilled.

8. Delivery
This is the point where you get to take delivery of your brand new van. Deliveries can be made anywhere on the UK mainland free of charge (within 250 miles of our offices). On delivery there will be a professional handover allowing you to get to know your new van.

NB: If your delivery address is more than 250 miles from our offices, you will need to arrange travel to a mutually convenient location for pick-up. Alternatively, delivery to your specified address can be arranged for a charge which will be dependant on location and individual dealers.
